Consumer Funding Disclosures

These disclosures summarize how Injan's pre-settlement funding works. They are provided for transparency and do not replace the signed funding agreement, which governs the terms of any funding.

What Injan Provides

Injury Angels Inc. d/b/a Injan Legal Funding provides non-recourse pre-settlement funding to eligible personal injury claimants in Texas who are already represented by an attorney. This is not a traditional loan, and Injan is not a bank.

Non-Recourse Funding

Repayment is owed only from a successful recovery, settlement, judgment, or other case proceeds, subject to the signed funding agreement. If there is no recovery, there is no repayment obligation, subject to the final signed agreement terms.

Repayment Is Capped at 2x

Repayment will not exceed 2x the funded amount, subject to the signed funding agreement. The applicant receives written funding terms, including the repayment amount or applicable cap, before signing, and receives a copy of the signed agreement after completion.

No Credit Checks and No Application Fee

Injan does not perform credit checks as part of the funding request process, and there is no fee to apply through this website. Any applicable fees, payment method charges, or administrative costs are disclosed in the written funding agreement before signing.

No Purchase Is Made Through This Website

No purchase is made directly through this website. Funding terms, repayment obligations, cancellation rights, fees, and any applicable refund issues are governed exclusively by the signed funding agreement.

No Recurring Payments or Subscriptions

Submitting a form through this website does not create any automatic renewal, subscription, or recurring payment commitment. Any recurring commitment, payment instruction, or financial obligation applies only if clearly stated in the signed funding agreement.

Attorney Representation Is Required

Injan works only with claimants who are already represented by legal counsel, and coordinates directly with the client's law firm. Injan is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not refer attorneys, and does not interfere with case strategy or settlement decisions.

Timing and Possible Delays

Funding timing can vary. Delays may occur due to any of the following:

• Attorney or law firm confirmation;
• Missing or incomplete documentation;
• Identity or case review and internal approval;
• Banking or payment method processing and account verification;
• Payment service provider rules and cutoff times;
• Weekends, holidays, and mailing time.

Injan does not guarantee that funds will be available by a specific date or time unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Injan currently provides funding services only in Texas. Submitting information through this website does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or availability of funding.
