We make this Privacy Policy available on our website homepage, in the website footer, and at or near points where personal information may be requested.

When you submit a funding request, contact form, or related inquiry, we may collect the following information:

• Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address;
• Date of birth;
• Date of accident or incident;
• Type of personal injury case and basic case information;
• Basic medical or injury information provided for context regarding your funding request;
• Attorney name, law firm name, and law firm contact information;
• Requested funding amount;
• Information needed to evaluate eligibility, verify identity, communicate with your attorney, prepare documentation, and process a funding request.

Injan does not collect detailed banking information through the website application form. Banking or payment information, if needed, is collected separately in connection with the funding agreement or payment process.

How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Evaluate a funding request and determine whether the request meets Injan's internal requirements;
• Verify identity and case-related information;
• Contact the applicant, attorney, law firm, or case manager regarding the funding request;
• Prepare, send, and manage funding agreement documentation;
• Coordinate signatures through electronic signing tools such as DocuSign;
• Send funds if the request is approved and all required documentation is completed;
• Follow up regarding the request, funding process, customer service, and satisfaction surveys;

• Protect against unauthorized activity, fraud, or misuse of our website or services.

Injan does not perform credit checks as part of the funding request process.

Communications and Text Messages

By submitting a form or otherwise providing contact information to Injan, you agree that Injan may contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your funding request and related services. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to evaluate, document, process, service, or comply with obligations related to a funding request or signed funding agreement, including with:

• The applicant's attorney, law firm, or authorized law firm staff;
• Banks, payment processors, or payment service providers used to send approved funding;
• Accounting, tax, compliance, legal, or professional advisors;
• Technology, document management, electronic signature, storage, or IT providers used to operate our business;
• Government, regulatory, or legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or applicable compliance obligations;
• Other parties authorized by the applicant or required to complete the funding process.

Data Storage and Security

We maintain information using internal systems, Google Drive, and other business tools used to evaluate and manage funding requests. Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel, including the CEO, General Manager, and systems personnel, as needed for business operations. We use safeguards such as passwords, two-factor authentication, and limited internal access permissions to help protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. However, Injan takes reasonable steps designed to protect information in light of the nature of the information collected.

Data Retention

Injan retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate applications, manage funding requests and agreements, maintain business and accounting records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the status of the funding request, and applicable legal or business requirements.

Correcting or Updating Information

If you believe information you submitted is incorrect, incomplete, or needs to be updated, please contact us at admin@injan.org. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating information.

Children and Minors

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through our website. Injan's funding services are intended for eligible represented personal injury claimants. If a claimant is a minor, the funding process must involve a parent, guardian, or legal guardian as required by applicable law and agreement terms.

Texas Service Area

Injan currently provides funding services only in Texas. Submitting information through our website does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or availability of funding.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will post the revised policy on our website and update the effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you acknowledge the revised policy.
